Nikita Roy (2025) – Short Review
Nikita Roy is a psychological horror-thriller directed by Kussh S. Sinha, starring Sonakshi Sinha, Paresh Rawal, and Arjun Rampal.
The story follows a rationalist writer who debunks supernatural myths, but her beliefs are shaken when she investigates her brother’s mysterious death linked to a powerful cult leader. As she digs deeper, reality and the supernatural begin to blur.
The film creates a dark and eerie atmosphere and explores the clash between logic and blind faith. Sonakshi Sinha delivers a decent performance, while Paresh Rawal adds intensity as the mysterious antagonist.
However, the movie suffers from weak screenplay, rushed storytelling, and predictability, which prevents it from reaching its full potential. It also received mixed reviews and performed poorly at the box office.
Verdict: An interesting concept with a spooky vibe—but average execution makes it a one-time watch at best.
