Bhagwat Chapter One Raakshas is a dark and gritty crime thriller directed by Akshay Shere, starring Arshad Warsi and Jitendra Kumar.
The story follows a police officer investigating the disappearance of young women, which leads to a disturbing serial killer case linked to a larger criminal network. The film is partly inspired by real-life crimes, adding a chilling and realistic tone.
Arshad Warsi delivers a solid performance as a determined cop, while Jitendra Kumar surprises in a darker, intense role. The film builds suspense well and keeps you engaged with its mystery and psychological elements.
However, the biggest drawback is the predictable storyline and uneven screenplay, which reduces its overall impact despite a strong concept.
